I have been a Caretaker for almost one year in a small rental building in the West End. The pay is small and I can't seem to land a position in a larger building that pays more. Can anyone help with idea's of what I can do to improve my chances.
I have taken the RMTI course through Munday personel and have had limited success. I have heard that VCC offers a more comprehensive program that is 9 months long. This site is a cool idea but will be better once more people join. A place for building managers and caretakers to hang out and network.
I am a building manager in a large highrise with a full size pool to care for. I am having trouble with the water clarity as the pool keeps going cloudy. I am using clorinators injectors but they are pumping but when I check the chlorine levels they are low or gone. Please help, I am stumped.
I have seen this problem before. It can be resolved by reinstalling the scandisk program. Be sure to back up all you info including transactions you wish to keep. I hope this helps.
I am new to electronic access systems and need help. I have noticed that the time on the program is different from the time on the computer clock. I have tried to find how to set the correct time but its not working. Is anyone familiar with this program.
Every make up air unit is different but changing filters is easy. First make sure you are covered for this type of work and your property manager has approved the work. The best way is to have your mechanical contractor give you a fast demonstration. Be sure to cut the power befor doing anything. There are several different styles of filters including the one you mentioned. It has a light oil coating and this helps to catch the fine particulates. These types of filters are changed often like every month instead of every three months. Usually this is in downtown locations where the units are pulling dirty air from the outside.
